You have received a discount as an advance payment benefit; the accommodation has already been paid for at the time of booking. The accommodation cannot be canceled anymore, but it can be transferred to another person’s name or the date can be changed to up to 6 months ahead without charge.

The transfer can be done once.

If the new reserved date is more expensive than the original booking, the difference must be paid before the start of the accommodation. Please notify us of the change by email at peurunka@peurunka.fi no later than 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Cancellation must be made no later than 3:00 PM the previous day for one-night accommodation bookings. For two-night accommodation, cancellation must be made by 3:00 PM two days in advance (for example, a booking from Friday to Sunday must be canceled no later than Wednesday at 6:00 PM). Cancellations must be made via email to peurunka@peurunka.fi. After this time, the reservation is binding, and accommodation fees will be charged.

Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the start of the reservation. For instance, a reservation starting on Friday must be canceled no later than the previous Friday by 3:00 PM via email to peurunka@peurunka.fi. Cancellations are accepted only via email.

Events include festivals, major tournaments, competitions, special seasons, and similar activities organized at Peurunka or in the nearby area.

Reservations can be canceled free of charge until the due date of the 1st installment of the accommodation reservation. After this, cancellations made 30 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the accommodation price, cancellations made 29-14 days before the event will incur a 50% fee, and cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not receive any refund of the accommodation price.

Changes in the guest’s name for the room can be made free of charge until 3:00 PM on the first day of the event by contacting peurunka@peurunka.fi.

In accommodation-related campaigns and offers, there may be various cancellation policies, which will be provided alongside the campaign price and reservation details.

In case of cancellation, contrary to the reservation terms, you have the right to cancel without costs, and any pre-paid amounts can be refunded if the reason for cancellation is your or a close relative’s severe illness, supported by a medical certificate.

However, the hotel reserves the right to deduct handling costs of €25 per reservation from the refunded amount.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which may offer more lenient cancellation terms in case of illness. If only one member of a group of more than 3 individuals provides a medical certificate, the cancellation will not be processed for the accommodation.

The services include restaurant, sports, health, wellness services, as well as meeting rooms and other space reservations.

Additional booking terms may apply on a reservation basis. The terms will be provided along with the order or reservation confirmation.

Joint invoice.

We will invoice according to the minimum ordered or last confirmed quantity, in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
For invoicing, the customer must have a valid invoicing agreement with Peurunka Oy.
The invoicing fee is €7 per invoice.

Otherwise, the payment method is cash or credit card.

We reserve the right to change prices in our offer if value-added tax rates change.

Peurunka reserves a pre-agreed amount of accommodation capacity for the group and guarantees their availability at the offered price until the agreed date. The confirmed room quota is subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation of the event or reduction of the number of rooms from the room quota
• At least 21 days before the arrival date.

Peurunka reserves the opportunity for customers to book rooms at the offered price until the agreed date, subject to availability. Peurunka reserves the right to limit the availability of the quota.

With an open quota reservation, there are no cancellation terms binding the original booker of the quota. The responsibility for the reservation, along with its cancellation terms, becomes effective at the moment of booking for each individual lodger.
