Experience Finnish traditional smoke sauna and relaxing sauna yoga in the dim light and gentle heat. Sauna yoga lasts 30 min and is based on different types of yoga, and its deep-reaching effect relaxes the body and boosts metabolism and blood circulation. After the exercise, the group can enjoy the sauna on their own.
